PRICING
.. The prices in our catalog, and on our website, were current at the time of publishing but are subject to change
without notice.
TERMS OF SALE
.. Orders will be processed in the order they are received. We will ship all items ordered that are available at the time your
order is processed at our fulfillment center.
PAYMENT TERMS
.. MasterCard, VISA, and Discover charges are accepted.
.. A Bank Check or Money Order is required for all C.O.D. orders over $250 US.
.. Established customers with a good payment history with 5T's may apply for 5T's credit.
.. Overdue accounts may be put on COD without prior notice.
.. Checks returned due to insufficient funds will result in a $35 service charge to cover bank fees.
.. Unless requested, we do not call with COD amounts - please anticipate your order.
SHIPPING
.. All orders are shipped primarily via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground and air services.
.. Shipping charges are applied using the carrier's current rate tables.
.. The UPS shipping charge will vary depending upon your order's weight, your shipping zone, and whether you're located in a business or residential area.
.. There are incremental UPS shipping charges for rolled stabilizers which cannot be boxed, and also for orders
shipped C.O.D.
.. 5T's does recycle fillers and corrugated cartons in order to keep our processing costs down and to minimize waste
in our environment.
HANDLING FEE
.. A minimal handling fee of $2.00 is applied to each order, not entered on our E-Commerce website, to help cover our
order processing costs.
MATERIAL RETURNS
.. Returns are processed only where 5T's determines that we made an error in shipping a specific item and issues
a Return Authorization number to the customer.
.. Merchandise cannot be returned after 30 days from date of invoicing.
.. Returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, packaged in manufacturer's original packaging, and
include all user guides and warranty paperwork - unmarked.
.. Concerning items found to be defective: In some instances 5T's will handle replacing defective merchandise.
However, where an item is covered by a manufacturer's warranty you may need to contact the product's manufacturer
directly for warranty coverage. In any case you should contact 5T's initially for direction.
